We ship worldwide.

United States shipping:

  • Free shipping within the U.S.

  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.

All orders ship with tracking. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an item is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window beginning on the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet return standards.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Any used item

  • Any correct item delivered as ordered that has been opened or used

  • Any used pet bedding or grooming items due to hygiene standards

Refunds are issued after inspection. Refunds are not granted for items rejected due to condition.

7. Hygiene Disclaimer

For the health and safety of pets and owners, pet beds, grooming products, and similar hygiene-related products cannot be returned or refunded once used or opened.
