Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once a shipping label is created, we cannot cancel the order.

Delivery Issues

My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
First, check with:

  • Neighboring residences

  • Household members

  • Your local carrier office

If the package is still missing, contact the carrier directly. We can help you start a claim if needed.

My package is delayed — is that normal?
Yes. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, routing issues, or customs. Tracking updates may pause for several days—this is common during transit.

Who pays for return shipping?

What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?
We do not offer standard exchanges. Simply return the unopened item and place a new order.
