Shipping Changes and Address Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately. Once an order ships, changes cannot be made.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If a package is lost or missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Tracking Not Updating
Carrier tracking may pause for several days due to transit scans, customs holds, or high-volume logistics periods. This is normal and does not mean a package is lost.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation before shipment, please reach out as soon as possible — cancellations are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items
If applicable, pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with next steps.
